Dodgeball Tournaments

Dodgeball SA tournaments are possibly the most fun a human being could have in one day! It’s all about having a bash at this engaging sport, meeting new people, dressing up and having a great day out. The game itself is competitive in a friendly way, with a large average of people never having played before. Everyone wants to win of course but the sole purpose is to have fun!

So what happens at these tournaments?

  • Each team is normally a group of 6 mixed which must include a minimum of 2 members of the opposite sex.
  • Teams are placed into groups and attempt valiantly to qualify for the knockout rounds. Each team gets an absolute minimum of 5 matches, and more if successful.
  • Silly team names, the more childish the better, are compulsory and team kits/costumes are highly encouraged. Prizes are given for the best of both!
  • As well as the tournament itself, we often include fun variation games such as last man standing, dodgeball cricket and other silly side-competitions.
